
My mission is to help individuals achieve their fitness goals through challenging and dynamic workouts balanced with mindfulness to recharge your body.
I am a certified group and personal training professional with over 20 years experience in the fitness industry. I am passionate about helping others and will work with you to create a training plan that will inspire and motivate you.
Indoor barefoot training sessions will include full body strength, cardio, flexibility and self-myofascial release techniques. Group classes are designed for all fitness levels to ensure successful and continual improvement.
I believe that fitness is more than just a workout; it's a lifestyle. Our community is made up of like-minded individuals who support and encourage each other to do their best and be their best.
I design workouts based on your needs. Those recovering from back or knee surgeries will NOT have the same goals or exercise plan (except to move through life pain free!) I will work with you to help you reach your fitness goal, providing guidance, motivation and accountability every step of the way.
We need mobility from the minute we get out of bed, get dressed, walking up/down stairs, carrying groceries, getting in and out of the car. Flexibility is moving your joints and muscles through different directions with the goal being unrestricted and pain free movement. Together, they protect and strengthen your bodies balance, posture and overall health.
